The Woodlands Arts Festival does not solicit art, food, or beverage vendors via email or social media. All applications are submitted only through our official website. If you receive a message requesting payment to participate in the festival, it is fraudulent.
The food vendor application is closed for the 2026 Woodlands Waterway Arts Festival. The application for 2027 will open in August.
