The Woodlands Children’s Museum has dedicated over 20 years of service to educate, empower, and excite children and their families through play while also inspiring a lifelong sense of wonder and discovery. Their hands-on exhibits, workshops, special events, performing arts, and field trips are an important community anchor that support learning outcomes for local children. As a part of this mission, the museum hosts over 30 different workshops and classes each year which serve over 800 children from the ages of 2-10.
The Woodlands Children’s Museum will utilize the Dr. David Gottlieb Education Microgrant to purchase Grid Wall Mobile Towers and Wire Panels in order to fuel their influential and fascinating workshops. The Grid Wall will also be used to feature a student art exhibition at the end of the school year in partnership with Wonderseum preschool students.
