General Information

For the safety, security, and enjoyment of all attendees, The Woodlands Waterway Arts Festival (WWAF) has established the following event specifics:

Artists :

  • Please respect the artists and their original work; ask before filming or photographing them or their works.

  • Bags and packages are subject to search before entry.

Prohibited Items and Activities:

  • No outside food or beverage. No coolers allowed.
  • For safety reasons, glass bottles are prohibited within the Festival site.
  • Leashed dogs are allowed. Any other animals are not allowed. Service animals are allowed with credentials.
  • Alcoholic beverages are sold within the Festival site to patrons’ 21-years and older presenting valid identification. State laws and regulations require that alcoholic beverages purchased at the Festival remain on-site.
  • Skateboards, scooters, bicycles, rollerblades, hoverboards, Segway’s, drones, and unauthorized motor vehicles are not allowed within the Festival grounds except for OPMD’s within ADA compliance. Users may be asked to show proof of insurance and may be asked to restrict their usage to ‘sidewalks only’ during peak times of the day for the safety of the patrons and artists.
  • Concealed (30.06) or open-carry (30.07) firearms and weapons are not allowed on the Festival site.
  • Smoking is not permitted inside any structure or in any seating area on the Festival grounds.
  • Non-sanctioned activities, including public address or busking, are not allowed on the Festival site.
  • Unauthorized vendors are not permitted.
  • The Festival is NOT RESPONSIBLE for bags or personal items left unattended in the venue or outside the gates. All unattended items will be discarded immediately.

The Festival reserves the right to refuse admission or remove anyone who violates event specifics established for public safety, security, and enjoyment of others.
