Welcome, and THANK YOU for your interest in joining the Festival TEAM!

The Woodlands Arts Council Board of Directors, comprised of 21 community leaders who volunteer their time and three staff members, support the production of the Fidelity Investments The Woodlands Arts Festival every year!

With YOUR donation of time and talent, we bring the Waterway and Town Green Park alive with AMAZING ART from all over the US, Texas, and the world!

The festival's success depends on YOU to help us fulfill our mission. Our proceeds directly impact local Title 1 schools in Montgomery County, area arts organizations, artists, and students. Thank you for helping us provide over $1.3M in funding for ART in our community!

Volunteers help greet attendees, scan tickets, sell beverages, support the artists, and so much more. There is a spot for everyone!

By volunteering, you are making ART matter. You are truly the backbone of the Festival. It takes a team of almost 600 each year, and we are so grateful to have your participation!

-Snacks & water are provided during the shift.
-Free Admission to Fidelity Investments The Woodlands Waterway Arts Festival before or after your shift.
-NEW: Sign up for 2 OR more shifts and receive an ADDITIONAL daily admission ticket to bring a friend or family member to enjoy the event.
