Alda P. Dobbs is a writer of historical novels. Her debut book BAREFOOT DREAMS OF PETRA LUNA was on the Texas Bluebonnet Master List and also received a prestigious Pura Belpre Honor. Its sequel, THE OTHER SIDE OF THE RIVER, was published in 2022. Before pursuing her love of storytelling, Alda was an engineer.
